TENANT IMPROVEMENT
LANDSCAPE, FACADE + RESTROOMS
Architecture transcends the mere aesthetics of facades and interior layouts; it encompasses a thoughtful integration with its surroundings. Recognizing this, we were entrusted with the design of the landscape and facade for the First Church of Christ. The project aimed to revitalize the church's presence and enhance its role as a communal gathering space. Our approach honored the existing Spanish architectural style, infusing it with contemporary elements to achieve a 'Spanish Modern' aesthetic. The centerpiece of our design was the creation of a welcoming courtyard, thoughtfully crafted to serve as a communal hub where the congregation could convene before and after services. This project exemplifies our commitment to designing spaces that are not only beautiful but also foster community interaction and engagement.
